JMCG Hosts First Latin America Service Skills Competition in Peru
JMCG has held its first Latin America Service Skills Competition in Lima, Peru, bringing together 14 teams and 29 after-sales technicians from 13 countries across the region.
The competition was designed to assess practical service capabilities through both written and hands-on evaluations. Participants were tested on diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults based on real-world service scenarios commonly encountered in the Latin American market.

Following several rounds of competition, the Peru team claimed first place. Teams from Costa Rica and Chile finished as runners-up, while Mexico, Colombia and Panama shared third place.
According to JMCG, the event also served as a platform for technicians from different markets to exchange experience and best practices, helping improve technical capabilities and strengthen after-sales service standards across the region.

The company said it plans to continue expanding its global after-sales support network through additional technical training and dealer development programs, as part of its efforts to enhance service quality and provide more efficient and reliable support for customers in international markets.
