Dongfeng Automobile Opens New Dealership in Mendoza, Argentina
Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. (DFAC) has further expanded its footprint in Argentina with the opening of a new sales and service dealership in Mendoza, strengthening its distribution and after-sales network in the country.
The new dealership marks Dongfeng’s official entry into western Argentina with dedicated sales and service capabilities. Together with its existing network in eastern coastal regions, including Buenos Aires, the new facility helps establish a nationwide network connecting eastern and western markets.
Located in a key transportation hub, Mendoza will serve as an important base for DFAC to reach surrounding provinces such as San Juan and San Luis.
The dealership will also provide vehicle support, technical assistance, and after-sales services for the Argentina-Chile cross-border logistics route, supporting transportation operations across the Andes Mountains and improving regional logistics connectivity.
At the opening event, Dongfeng showcased its range of light commercial vehicles, including light trucks, mini trucks, and vans.

Among the models displayed, Dongfeng light trucks are designed for demanding local operating conditions, offering strong climbing performance, low fuel consumption, and reliable operation. These advantages make them well suited for Mendoza’s mountainous terrain and diverse logistics applications.
To better meet local customer needs, DFAC has introduced tailored after-sales service policies and financing solutions for the Argentine market, helping customers lower vehicle acquisition and operating costs.
The opening ceremony also featured the delivery of the first batch of vehicles. Six units were delivered during the event, while another 94 orders were secured afterward, reflecting growing customer interest and Dongfeng’s efficient supply chain support in the market.

The launch of the Mendoza dealership represents an important step in Dongfeng’s development in Argentina, improving local service capabilities while demonstrating the brand’s strengths in product adaptability, supply chain support, and customer service.
Looking ahead, DFAC will continue to develop its South American business by expanding its sales and service network, introducing reliable products, and improving customer support. The company aims to contribute to regional logistics development and further increase the global competitiveness of Chinese light commercial vehicle brands.
