FAWDE and DEUTZ Expand Long-Term Partnership
FAWDE and DEUTZ have signed a long-term cooperation agreement to deepen collaboration in product development, technology and market expansion.
The agreement was signed in Dalian on July 16, marking a new step in the partnership between the two companies. Dong Yazhou, Member of the Party Committee, Assistant General Manager of FAW TRUCKS and General Manager of FAWDE, and Markus, President of DEUTZ Engine Business Unit, attended the signing ceremony. Representatives from both companies were also present.
Dong Yazhou said that FAWDE and DEUTZ have maintained close communication and cooperation in recent years, with growing mutual trust and a solid foundation for collaboration. Through the new agreement, the two sides will further leverage their strengths in products, technologies and markets to support long-term growth.

Markus noted that the two companies have already achieved effective cooperation across several projects. The expanded partnership will allow both sides to better combine their global technology capabilities, brand strengths and market resources, creating new opportunities for future development.
The agreement was signed by Rasmus, President of DEUTZ China, and Liu Peng, Deputy General Manager of FAWDE, General Manager and Party Secretary of the Dalian Plant.
Under the agreement, FAWDE and DEUTZ will cooperate over the next 10 years in areas including off-road product development, market expansion and customer support. The partnership will be built on mutual trust, complementary strengths and a shared commitment to long-term development.
The agreement represents a further step in the two companies’ collaboration across the powertrain industry. Going forward, FAWDE and DEUTZ will strengthen cooperation in engine development, smart manufacturing and other areas, combining FAWDE’ manufacturing capabilities with DEUTZ’s global expertise to deliver more competitive power solutions for customers worldwide.
