Heavy duty truck sale expects increase

The newest data show that heavy duty truck sales volume decreased 26.7% in Jul. which is generally in accordance with industry anticipation.
Industry experts believe that there are three factors the off season, implementation of National III emission standard and the wait and see attitude of customers that lead to the decline.
However, Shannxi Auto and Beiben whose sale increased in Jul are exceptions in the sales decline. Foton heavy duty truck sale decreased a little compared with same time of last year. The top three heavy truck makers Sinotruk, FAW and Dongfeng met a big decrease in sale in Jul.
It is expected that the increase of demand in Jul. and Aug will push heavy truck sale into midseason in Sep.Views:0
