Good Policy Warms Rural Auto Market
According to the news from Chinese government shows that it subsidizes farmers who wash out high emission vehicles for cleaner ones. This action will warm the huge Chinese rural auto markets.
News reports that China approves to spend 5 billion Yuan to subsidize farmers from March 1st until the end of the year. This policy will encourage farmers to replace their high-emission buses, three-wheeled vehicles or outdated trucks with smaller, cleaner new ones.
Most of Chinese farmers very welcome this good policy. They can save lots of money when they buy or replace a news vehicle. Before that, most Chinese farmer drove the vehicles with loud noise, high oil consumption and slow. Most of vehicles are not safe.
