Air suspension of heavy truck in CAMC gains national patent

It is learned that air suspension is a functional technology, which belongs to the auto suspension. It is under the left and right main stringer, and at the left and right bottom of rear axle and middle axle, the left and right, front and back side stringer shall be installed. Envelop holder and envelop are relatively installed at the end of each side vertical stringer. The top of each envelope is connected with the left and right main vertical stringer. The stabilizer is connected at the back bottom of left and right rear side stringer and front end of front stringer in order to increase the stability of left and right, front and back vertical stringer.

The air valve connected with load accumulator tube and each envelope shall be installed on the left and right main stringer. Air valve controls the envelope according to the site of axle and frame. It enables the suspension have good dynamic flexibility, and increase the comfort and stability when driving the heavy truck.
