First automated large pressing line of heavy truck is born
(chinatrucks.com, April 14, 2010) At present, first automated large pressing line of heavy truck is successfully commissioning and put into use at Sinotruk. It is the important break through of national heavy truck technology.
Automated large pressing line has gathered first class automated control technology at home and abroad. The feeding system consists of 7 ABB pressing robots, German advanced cleaning, and oiling system. Advanced control system of the whole production line makes smarter feeding and blanking, softer track and more accurate running. The system has been quipped with monitoring system developed by ABB Company. All configurations shall be gathered to be allocated at one point, and the advanced software system shall periodically save robot program copy within database of the server. Model data saving function of dual working tables and control cabinets fasts the model exchange speed.
The automated large pressing line leads the scientific road of heavy truck because high efficiency, high accuracy, soft performance, and full automation as well as safety property.
