WABCO gets break through in transmission field
(chinatrucks.com, May 28, 2010) WABCO Auto Control System has announced recently that the newest OptiDrive system of WABCO has gained the PACE™ Award of Automotive News Auto Supplier because of the break through in transmission auto control technology field.
OptiDrive system of WABCO, gained the award, is applicable for new generation module auto control system of transmission for medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles. The control ability and security of the vehicles have been improved by perfected switch, and the working efficiency of the drivers has also been improved. At the same time, the fuel consumption and transmission system maintenance cost will be reduced also. And the efficiency and environmental protection will be improved as well.
OptiDrive system helps WABCO keep the leading position in transmission control auto field. The high module design will help completely vehicle and transmission manufacturer shorten the product development time, and speed up market application.
