The orders of Daimler trucks in April is soaring
(chinatrucks.com, June 7, 2010) It is disclosed by Daimler AG on May 27, 2010 that the orders accepted by truck department of Daimler in April has soared to 32,725 thanks to the market recovery. It is higher than that of 2009, which has reached at 16,562, and it’s the highest level since August of 2008.
Daimler has announced that sales volume of medium and heavy truck in 2010 is predicted to be increased because of the powerful demands in Latin America area. Besides that, the recovery of North America and Japan market is another incentive factor to pull the sales.
Daimler predicts that tuck department will realize 500 million euros to 700 million euros in 2010.
