Delphi has appointed new CFO
(chinatrucks.com, June 21, 2010) It is learned by reporter that American Auto Parts and Components Supplier, Delphi Automotive L.L.P., has announced on June 15th that Kevin Clark, the investment partner from Liberty Lane Partners company, has been appointed as new CFO of Delphi on June 12th, 2010.
Kevin Clark once was the CFO of Fisher Scientific International Company before he became the CFO of Liberty Lane Partners Company according to the introduction. Fisher Scientific International Company has successfully initiated first public shares collection in 2001, and procured Thermo Electron Company in 2006 under the leadership of Kevin Clark.
Besides that, Kevin Clark once worked for Federal-Mogul Corp. and Chrysler Company in charge of financial management work in the two companies.
