ArvinMeritor to sell body system business
(chinatrucks.com, August 11, 2010) ArvinMeritor, the auto parts and components supplier of America, is to sell auto body system business to the subsidiary company of America private shares group, Renco Group, at the cost of 35 million dollars.
It is told by ArvinMeritor CEO Chip McClure that the purpose of ArvinMeritor to sell body system business is to pay focus attention to other key business.
ArvinMeritor has disclosed the profits conditions of last quarter. The data displayed that the revenue of ArvinMeritor has increased 35.4% by same time.
