(chinatrucks.com, Jan 5, 2011) America parts and components supplier, ArvinMeritorInc has announced at the moment that ArvinMeritorInc has sold the automobile body business, which will help commercial parts and components supplier to earn profit.
ArvinMeritorInc represents that the automobile body business has been procured by IntevaProducts Company with 27,300,000 US Dollars. It is learned by reporter that IntevaProducts subjected to Renco Group has been approved by EU management department on Nov 30th, 2010.
