Chenglong Motor aims at lean management

The technology R&D center of Chenglong Motor is the technology R&D center in the province. The technology development revenue will take more than 1.57% every year. Chenglong Motor has owned a international level R&D team. Chenglong Motor has established the work station with Tsinghua university, Hunan university, and other famous universities in China. Moreover, it has also set up the intimate cooperation with German EDAG and FEV.

After-sale service is more and more important as the increasing of auto sales volumes. After-sale service quality is the strong evidence to evaluate the auto manufacturer. Chenglong Motor aims at the interior service, and it has organized campaign competition to set up 4S shop for commercial vehicles.

At the moment, Chenglong Motor is adjusting market marching structure, and it has shifted to complete and direct competition. Chenglong Motor has realized the target to become main stream auto manufacturer.
