www.chinatrucks.com: In spring of 2011, central government released the First Document, stating that we will pay more attention on construciton of irrigation construction.
Agriculture is the foundation for general stability, and irrigation construction is rather importment for agriculture. And many engieering vehicles are needed in this process, including dumpers, mixer trucks etc.
