Beiben may Reconstructure Heavy Truck Business with Xugong

www.chinatrucks.com: It was told by some commercial vehicles expert that after China Weapon purchased Xugong, they may consider restructure Beiben heavy trucks with Xugong group.
China Weapon purchased Xugong Group in June, 2010, and it means that China Weapon currently owns Xugong ten-billion-Yuan heavy reuck business in Xuzhou High-tech Industrial Park as well as Beiben heavy trucks.
If the two heavy truck business can be merged, and their advantageous resources will be integrated. And then China Weapon will have five heavy truck production based aross China, including Baotou, Penglai, Chongqing, Nanjing and Xuzhou.
