Sales of GAC commercial vehicles up 400% from Jan. to June

www.chinatrucks.com: GAC Auto Group declared their half year report this week. Sales and profits of GAC Auto Group decreased affected by Japanese earthquake, but sales of commercial vehicles increased nearly 4 times.
315,300 GAC auto were sold in the first half year, down 9.58%, in which, 305,100 passenger vehicles were sold, down 11.97%, and 10,200 commercial vehicles were sold, up 390.97%. Their sales revenues were 27.64 billion Yuan, down 4.3%.
For the second half year, GAC is optimistic about China future economic development, and sales of trucks will be driven. They predict that sales of GAC trucks can increase 10% or so.
