Beiben heavy trucks to strengthen service level

www.chinatrucks.com: Beiben Trucks convenes their service and auto parts meeting on Nov. 9, and they are also the first truck maker to hold service meeting. "Sales of Beiben trucks was impacted by general economic environment, and we need do more on service and spare parts supply to satisfy each customer, and we are trying every effort for 50,000 trucks in a year, " said Wang Shihong, general manager of Beiben Truck.

Beiben truck keeps similar sales of heavy trucks over last year. On one hand, their sales of dumpers are rather stable, and on the other, Beiben V3 is seizing more markets on tractors. After-sales services for dumpers are more than dumpers, and Beiben service stations have amounted to 655 units this year with 63 storages. And there are 270 million parts in 2011. The market inventory for Beiben trucks was 300,000 units, which means the parts markets are 3 billion units.
