Heavy Duty Truck Industry Rebounds

 www.chinatrucks.com : In the past two months, the heavy duty truck industry saw sales increased compared to prior months with DFAC and CAMC both enjoyed the sales number increased by more than 50%.

As to what drove the increase, DFAC thinks the favorable policies is the major driving force, while CAMC reckons more market needs is another important reason.

According to statistics of authorities, more trucks have been in sold in April than in any other months in the past two years with a moth on month increase of 14.9%. That means the construction industry of China is on the rise, said the authority.

However, not all truck makers performed good. Comparatively, FAW and SINOTRUK are bad performers, while Foton, Hongyan, CAMC as well as JAC are top performers.

 

Generally, as many local governments are publishing favorable policies, plus many infrastructure projects are on the way, we expect the heavy truck industry would perform even better in the near future.
