SAIC IVECO Hongyan Holds Training Session
www.chinatrucks.com : In order to build an efficient service system , promote service capability as well as better serve all customers, SAIC IVECO Hongyan held a training activity in Yunnan, with many workers from the province came and attend.
The training was organized by after sales service department of SAIC IVECO Hongyan together with the company’s service center in Yunnan. Many experienced senior staff gave special lessons to the trainees.
During the training, knowledge about engine, electric wires, maintenance skills were taught. Questions raised by trainees were well answered.
The trainees also received on the spot training in a 4S showroom, where the maintenance is carried out. This way, the trainees could grasp the skills easily and better. After the training, exams were given to test the trainees. As it turned out, all the trainees passed the exam, showing the training was a big success.
