The company establishes a system synchronizing development work with its design companies and capable suppliers to improve and enlarge the company’s product platform, and sets up a digital prototype PDM covering 2239 products, covering all heavy trucks weighing16t-49t with 180-480hp motors, such as dumper, tractor, container, special vehicles.   

At the beginning of this year, the management of the company is improved and a new vision on the company’s development is come up with. According to the new vision, company’s product mix has much gap with R&D capacity. Particularly, the product mix is not suitable for the development of the company. To speed up the construction and exploration of the platform and to develop segmented markets are Beiben’s focuses.

Recently, the company optimizes product spectrum combining its current product types and centering on market demands. The product spectrum is composed of two parts, heavy trucks and medium & light trucks. Heavy truck part is divided into road truck and engineering truck. Regarding the engineering truck, based on 80-chassis, it includes tractors, dumpers, special vehicles and off-road vehicles. Regarding road trucks, there are HT and GT series, covering tractors, cargo trucks and special vehicles.

Under the severe competition, the division of product spectrum plays a positive role in constructing the platform of products, follow-up development and marketing promotion and injects into new vitality to the future development of Beiben.
