The Manners of Which Chenglong H7 Saving Fuel

www.chinatrucks.com: After wining the Fuel-Saving Champion of The 8th China International Truck Energy Saving Competition Chenglong H7 won another award in 2015 China Truck Public Competition and became the champions of two annual truck awards.

 

 

Designed with streamline, Chenglong H7 was improved in wind obstruction and integration of main trailer with aerodynamics. Its wind obstruction index is reduced to 0.527 with wind obstruction effectively deducted by 9% and energy consumption cut down by 4%.
 

The engine is the core part, the quality of which directly affect the energy-saving performance of a truck . The power system of Chenglong H7 was escalated. The intake system of the engine was enhanced. It uses high-performance Fleetguard air-filter(1900m³/h) with great air intake to guarantee the fuel be burned completely in cylinder. The maximum ejected pressure can reach 2,400 Bar with unique XPI fuel injection system and high-efficiency turbocharger. This makes fuel better atomized and burned more completely.
 

The light-duty design also plays a significant role in saving fuel. Chenglong H7 can be driven more easily with light-duty body. While the overall performance of Chenglong H7 was further improved for the light-duty design is not at the cost of the performance of the truck. The chassis of Chenglong H7 is made of 282 single-layer frame. Its self-weight can be reduced to ensure its load capacity for it is designed by the advanced European light-duty craftsmanship with high-density steel.
