SAIC Hongyan Global KD Center Lays Its Foundation in Chongqing
On November 12, SAIC Iveco Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Hongyan) held a grand ceremony in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, to mark the official construction of SAIC Hongyan Global KD Center. Officials from Liangjiang Area, and leaders from Hongyan, and representatives from various sectors witnessed the historical moment when the foundations were laid.
According to Hongyan, the establishment of SAIC Hongyan Global KD Center will further strengthen the company’s production capacity of vehicles used for special purposes and promote its exports. More importantly, the center will significantly help the company cut its logistic costs and make its products more competitive.
In response to the growing market demand, Hongyan has set up its KD centers in Nigeria, South Africa and Kazakhstan. In the next five years, the company will build its KD centers in Southeast Asia, Central Asia and North Africa.
