SAIC Hongyan Sold 3,600 Units Heavy-duty Trucks in August

In August, SAIC Hongyan sold 3,600 units heavy-duty trucks, up by 2% year on year. From January to August this year, SAIC Hongyan’s sales volume of heavy-duty trucks reached 43,700 units, up by 62% year on year.

As a rising star in the heavy-duty truck market in recent two years, SAIC Hongyan boasts a wide spectrum of truck products. Its internet-connected trucks, which hit the market last year, fully meet the increasing requirements from operators and are particularly well received in the market.

At China’s first Smart Expo which was held in Chongqing on August 23 this year, SAIC Hongyan put three smart vehicles on display, including a large horsepower truck with internet access, an intelligent truck for transporting dangerous chemicals and a smart 6×6 truck for transporting large-sized items.

On August 30, at China-Euroasia Expo held in Urumqi, SAIC Hongyan intelligent truck for transporting construction wastes and large horsepower truck with internet access made their appearance and attracted rising media and public attention. (www.chinatrucks.com)
