SAIC Hongyan 20-meter GENLYON C500 Truck Continues to Gain Popularity in Market
In recent years, all major players in China’s logistic market, such as SF Express and Best Express, have established cooperative ties with SAIC Hongyan and introduced GENLYON C500 trucks measuring 20-meters in length.
Boasting a space of 117 cubic meters, GENLYON C500 truck weighs 49 tons and has two cargo tanks which significantly improve the loading and dumping efficiency. Equipped with Cursor engine with a maximum power of 450 ps and a maximum torque of 2,100 N.m, the truck can drive at a maximum speed of 120 km/h.
By adopting new materials and new manufacturing technologies, GENLYON C500 truck has further lowered its body weight. With reinforced body structure, the truck has aluminum transmission gearbox, aluminum alloy steel rings, aluminum alloy gas tanks, vacuum tires, etc.
By introducing zinc coated steel, the drivers’ cockpit has greatly improved its safety standards. Thanks to a number of state-of-art technologies, such as EBS, disc braking, ECAS, the truck has also greatly improved its safety standards. In 2019, it won the Most-trust Worthy Logistic Truck, providing the best transportation solutions for logistic service providers.
