Jing-Jin Electric and Dana Partner to Expand Electric Drive Axle Market
On July 26, 2024, Jing-jin Electric and Dongfeng Dana signed a strategic partnership agreement at Jing-jin Electric's base in Heze, Shandong. The two companies will work together to advance electric drive axles for commercial vehicles. Dongfeng Dana is a leader in this field, and the collaboration aims to improve the use of high-efficiency flat-wire motors in electric drive axles and expand their application across various commercial vehicles, including buses, light, medium, and heavy trucks, as well as special-purpose vehicles.
Dongfeng Dana's General Manager, Mr. Bie Liping, stated that Jing-jin Electric is a top player in electric drive systems for new energy vehicles and has been leading the industry for years. This new agreement will deepen their partnership and create mutual benefits.
Precise Electric’s Chairman, Mr. Yu Ping, noted that Dongfeng Dana is a leader in axle technology with a wide range of products and excellent quality. Jing-jin Electric is proud to collaborate with such a strong partner to enhance electric drive axles and related components and drive market growth.

During the signing event, Mr. Bie Liping and his team toured Jing-jin Electric’s showroom, test center, and production facility, praising the company's technological and manufacturing capabilities.

Dongfeng Dana, established in 2002, offers a comprehensive range of commercial vehicle axles, including steering axles, single-drive axles, through-drive double axles, steering-drive axles, and support axles, with over 9,000 products. It is one of the most complete axle companies in China and provides electric drive axles for light, medium, and heavy trucks, buses, and off-road vehicles.
