Isringhausen NTS2 Seats Enter Mass Production in China
As the commercial vehicle industry moves towards higher-end products, seating has become a key indicator of comfort and quality. In 2024, Isringhausen Huatai introduced its latest product, the Isringhausen NTS2 seat, into mass production in China, setting a new standard for premium commercial vehicle seating.
The Isringhausen NTS2 seat is the next-generation upgrade of the successful NTS model. It features a modern design with improved safety and lighter weight due to structural and process enhancements. This seat offers significant upgrades in ergonomics and comfort, including electric adjustments and memory functions, making it an excellent choice for high-end trucks, electric trucks, and buses.
Enhanced Safety and Smart Features
Safety is crucial for seating, and the Isringhausen NTS2 seat meets the latest European safety standards, such as ECE R14 N2/N3 and ECE R80. Optional features include seat exit alerts and vibration components to help drivers stay alert to lane departures and fatigue. The seat has undergone rigorous static and dynamic testing in collaboration with testing labs to ensure maximum safety.

Lightweight for Lower Energy Consumption
The newly launched Isringhausen NTS2 seat is designed to be lighter, reducing energy consumption and operating costs. It is over 10% lighter than the previous generation with the same features. This lighter design makes the driver's cabin more flexible and provides additional space for vehicle configurations.
Improved Comfort for Better Health
Comfort is crucial for driver health and efficiency. The NTS2 seat offers improved support with adjustable height, position, and tilt, and features a seat cushion with varying hardness zones to reduce discomfort from bumps. It also includes a three-level heating function to ensure comfort during winter driving.
Customizable for Different Body Types
The NTS2 seat can be adjusted to fit different body types. Features include adjustable seatbelt height, seat cushion and seat height adjustments, and a load capacity range of 50kg to 150kg, ensuring a comfortable fit for all drivers.

User-Friendly Design
The NTS2 seat's controls are more user-friendly, with a clear layout and attractive design. The armrests and seatbelt buckles have been improved for easier operation.

Electric Adjustment and Memory Functions
The NTS2 seat includes electric adjustments and memory functions that can store up to three seat positions. Drivers can quickly adjust to their preferred settings with the press of a button. An optional card reader system allows for automatic seat adjustments based on a card, enhancing convenience and comfort.

Global Recognition for Quality Design
The Isringhausen NTS2 seat is a flagship product of Isringhausen's global lineup, developed and refined over nearly 10 years. It has been widely adopted in Europe and has achieved global success. Particularly in the bus market, the NTS2 has been recognized by the European bus driver unions as the "most effective seat for reducing occupational diseases."

In 2024, Isringhausen Huatai began producing and selling the NTS2 seat in China, offering a new level of premium seating for the Chinese commercial vehicle market. Isringhausen Huatai will continue to collaborate with Chinese commercial vehicle brands to advance the high-end market segment.
