FOTON Q1 Exports Up 40%
Foton Motor is kicking off 2026 with serious momentum. At its Q1 business meeting — marking its 30th anniversary — Foton Motor revealed a strong performance across the board.
In the first quarter, total sales hit 184,000 units (+7.8% YoY), while heavy truck sales surged nearly 40%. Overseas orders also climbed to 54,000 units, up nearly 40% — a clear signal of growing global demand.
On the product side, Foton introduced a diversified lineup built for real-world logistics:
- TUNLAND PHEV pickup
- XiangLing V5 EREV light truck
- AUMAN Galaxy 9 HWP & Galaxy 5 HWA smart heavy trucks
From hybrid to range-extended and intelligent driving technologies, the lineup is designed to cover urban delivery to long-haul transport.
Another key highlight: the launch of its new AI brand “CangQiong”, aimed at bringing full-scenario AI into commercial vehicles — and pushing the industry toward a smarter, more connected future.
