JAC Delegation Attended China-Venezuela High level Meeting

(chinatrucks.com, Dec.25, 2009)The eighth meeting of the China-Venezuela high level Mixed Committee (appointed High officials from both Authorities) was held on December 21st in Caracas, Venezuelan capital. Director of China Development and Reform Commission Mr. Zhang Ping and the Chinese ambassador to Venezuela Mr. Zhang Tuo attended the opening ceremony.

In the meeting, Venezuelan Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Commerce and the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) exchanged ideas on how to further promote the cooperation of both countries in such fields as energy, agriculture, infrastructure, hi-tech and other key areas of major cooperation projects, discussing and identifying the work objectives and tasks of the next phase. Besides, during the meeting, Venezuelan relevant departments answered questions in financing of enterprises, oil, mobile phones, home appliances and other issues which Chinese companies are concerned with.

JAC delegation led by Chairman Zuo Yan'an, attended the high committee conference, and exchanged views on the JAC light truck KD projects in Venezuela with Venezuelan Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and other relevant functional departments.
