Anhui Auto Output Doubles in January
chinatrucks.com, Mar.03, 2010)The total output of Anhui auto industry increased by 1.9 times to 128,000 vehicles in January, comparing with that in the same period last year, making the historical highest output in a single month, according to provincial Economic Information Committee.
The industrial value achieved to over 13.5 billion Yuan, increased by 1.7 times compared with that in the same period last year, while the industrial adding value rised to 3.44 billion Yuan.
Cherry Automobile has produced 69,800 sedans in January, up 150% to 3.67 billion Yuan in total industrial output value; the vehicle output by Jianghuai Automobile Co. Ltd (JAC) amounted to 45,200, a 261% increase to 4.45 billion Yuan in total industrial output value.
Driven by a booming auto market, the ex-factory index in auto products reached 102.98 in January, comparing to that of 99.07 in December last year, which ended a decline trend in a row of last 12 months. The sale soared to 13.36 billion Yuan, a 1.8 time increase. The export delivery value also saw an 84.1% surge to 580 million Yuan.
In addition, the innovation in auto industry accelerated in January, accomplishing an unprecedentedly high new product output value of 4.25 billion Yuan.
