Weichai-Baudouin (Singapore) branch company establish

It is established in 2002 with the capital located at Weifang, the kite city, in Shandong province, and it's the first listed company in Hongkong H share and the initial one returning home.Weichai has purchased French Baudouin engine company in 2009, and it has obtained the products, technology, and brand in Baudouin, and become the largest and strongest multifunction engine and power system.

The goal of international group has been built since the initial foundation of the company. Products has developed into 12 series, covering various kinds of products, and it is the research and development platform of high speed diesel engine. WD615, WD12, and WP10/12 engines have become the first choice of Sinotruck, construction machinery, and large truck.
