Hand Company accelerates the production line adjustment

(chinatrucks.com, May 20, 2010) Hand Company will attach importance to operation work from January in order to meet the lead time and satisfy the market demands. The company has opened the cheering up meeting to encourage the staff of capacity expansion in middle January. The company has established capacity expansion target according to the reality, and the goal has been clarified. Production line design and layout have been adjusted actively in accordance with variety and demands of the market. With the collaboration of Baoji and Xi’an plants, the whole production line has been moved and partial production line has been reformed. The capacity has been rapidly improved and daily axle volume has been increased from 1200 in January to 1600 in May.

The general manager has deepened to the first line in order that each order will meet the lead time. He collaborates with the staff and solves the issues rising from the production process, and supervises the production speed. Production system will solve these problems in time by the production collaboration meeting every afternoon in order that each work of production will develop smoothly.
