Yuchai establishes new base in Wujin, Jiangsu province
(chinatrucks.com, June 10, 2010) It is learned by reporter that Yuchai eastern base program officially selected Wujin as the base site on Sep, 28th 2009. The total investment of the program is 800 million dollars. It is mainly responsible for the production and establishment for grab, rotary drilling rig, accessory components, and logistics distribution as well as R＆ D center of engineering machinery. It is the largest manufacturing base of Yuchai group except for the production base in Guangxi.
Yuchai Heavy Duty Machinery (Changzhou) Company Limited has totally invested 230 million dollars and the registering assets is 77,070,000 dollars. The project plans to establish 110000 square meters workshops at the initial stage. It is predicted that the project will be completed in November of 2010.
Notes: Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Shares Company Limited is the key enterprise of Yuchai group. It owns six key business parts, including diesel engine, engineering machinery, spv, auto chemistry, auto parts and components, and logistics ＆mechanical. Yuchai keeps over 30% average increase speed since 2000, and the sales volume if diesel engine is ranking the first place at domestic market.
