Chery touches forklift industry and initial products come off the line
(chinatrucks.com, June 13, 2010) It is learned by reporter that Chery will touch forklift industry after it has marched into ship building industry. The initial forklift products will come off line recently.
Newly established forklift company in Wuhu mainly produces storage battery forklift from 1 ton to 10 tons, and large tons forklift as well as engineering machinery. The target production volume is 30,000, and many brands of forklifts have come off the line at the moment.
The new born forklift has been converted at many places, and it is fully displaying “low carbon” trend according to the introduction. The production volume in 2010 is predicted to be 900, and sales volume is 700. Production and sales volume is 3000 in 2011, and 12000 around 2014. It will reach the production and sales target in 10 years.
