JAC sets up two JV companies with 90 million Euros
(chinatrucks.com, Sep 29, 2010) It is published by JAC on Sep 28th, 2010 that it plans to set up JV Company in Hefei with NC2, and the name of JV Company is called JAC NC2 Heavy Truck Company limited.
JAC Auto will invest for medium and heavy truck assets according to the introduction. Related assets assessment value of medium and heavy truck is 951,759,500 and 60 million of them are the assets of JAC. The balance of the assets will be procured by JV Company. It is predicted that annual product scale of JC Company is 80000.
It is also published by JAC on Sep 28th that JAC will set up JV Company with Navistar in Hefei, Anhui province. JAC Navistar diesel engine Company limited will produce annual 250000 engines.
