Sales volumes of Weichai power in 2011 to be increased 15%

(chinatrucks.com, Nov 2, 2010) Sales revenue of Weichai power in three quarters of 2010 are 1,370 million Euros, and it has increased 42% by same time in 2009. Sales volumes of Weichai in 2011 are to be increased 15% by same time. Sales volumes of heavy truck in 2011 are to be increased 10%. Moreover, the bottle neck problem of Weichai power engine capacities are solved, and the sales volumes are to be increased 15%, which will surpass the market forecast.

The sales price of foreign assets engine introduced by low end customers are around 15,000 Euros, and it is located to be the high end and export market, which is hard to form the thread to main market of Weichai power. 

At the moment, Weichai power has taken 38% market shares of heavy truck market, and it is the largest heavy engine supplier in China. It almost has taken the entire market share in 10-12L engine market, and could enjoy about 20% sales profits. Moreover, Weichai power product is quite complete, and could seize the market with various products.
