The first re-production transmission of Fast comes off the line
(chinatrucks.com, Nov 11, 2010) At the moment, the first “reproduction transmission” of Fast group has successfully come off the line at Baoji plant and has passed the factory leaving test smoothly. Main performance index and security quality index have reached original factory leaving standard requirements. It represents that the reproduction process of Fast Company has been broke through, and it means that Fast has the reproduction capacity of auto parts and components and transmission assembly products.
Jixi plant has established the disassembly and assembly production line of transmission reproduction products. It is learned that it could complete 15,000 reproduction transmissions every year after Fast Company has finished the reproduction program.
Reproduction means the production process to make old products recovers to original product technology performance and product quality. At the present, Jixi plant is strengthening the production management and operation staff training by continuing improving reproduction process. It will make great efforts to make good preparation for the overall put in production of the reproduction program.
