www.chinatrucks.com: Foton temporary stockholders' meeting was held on Nov. 30, and the final resolution shows that Foton will improve cooperation with overseas markets.
Foton will build Branch Company in Kenya as the name of Foton Motor Kenya Ltd. with investment of 2,178,000 USD.
Foton will build Branch Company in Malaysia as the name of PT Foton Motor Pemasaran & Penjualan Indonesia with investment of 2,425,500 USD.
Foton will build Branch Company in Australia as the name of Foton Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. with investment of 2,000,000 USD.
