Yuchai National IV Gas Engines Enter Tibet Plateau

www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, Xining Chengtong Public Transport Co., Ltd. held a brief “launch ceremony for Xining’s bus rapid transit” on the Central Square in Xining City.  Mao Xiaobing, secretary of the CPC Xining Municipal Committee, members of four leading bodies and persons in charge of relevant government departments were present in the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Wang Yubo, mayor of Xining City, noted developing urban bus rapid transit and facilitating public travel is a project of benefiting the nation and people that scientifically and rationally utilizes urban public transport resources. 80 Yutong buses carryingYC6G260N-40 engines set off in four directions from the Central Square. Municipal leaders including Mao got on buses with citizens to experience rapidity and convenience.

 

To ensure the smooth operations of these buses and reassure the people and government. Yuchai Qinghai office has conducted planning earlier and made full preparations for customer services by training drivers of bus rapid transit companies in using and maintaining Yuchai’s gas engines, selecting service stations with the strong capacity for electric control to preferential support and training, and working out the plan of delivering engines for this batch of buses.

The input of this batch of engines will boost the influence of Yuchai engines in Xining City and Qinghai City, and play a positive role in promoting the great development of Yuchai engines in northwest China.
