www.chinatrucks.com: On August 27 and 28, 2012, Huan Bohai Bay semi-trailer transport alliance including Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Shandong provinces was held in Yantai, Shandong province. The central committee and operating mechanism are decided, marking the first multi-provincial semi-trailer transport alliance to start running.
