JAC Sells 17,871 Trucks in Feb. 2013
www.chinatrucks.com: JAC's sales report for Feb. 2013 was released on March 4th. Among the production and sales data, JAC sold all kinds of vehicles and chassis 37,134 units, down 4.54 percent over Feb. 2012.
Among them, JAC sold 17,871 trucks in Feb., down 20.14 percent of the year-on-year negative growth. Besides, the sales volumes of multi-function commercial vehicles were 286 units, up 53.76 percent over Feb. 2012. And 18,639 sets of chassis were sold in Feb. 2013; with the year-on-year growth was down 4.45 percent.
In Jan. –Feb. 2013, 45,469 units of trucks were sold, which increased by 21.93 percent over the same period in 2012 (37,291 units)
In Feb. 2013, 4,455 units of JAC vehicles were exported, up 3.17 percent over Feb. 2012. And total of 6,996 units of vehicles were exported in Jan.-Feb. 2013.
