The Sales Data of the Top Fourteen Pickup Builders in Jan.-Feb. 2013
www.chinatrucks.com: In Jan.- Feb. 2013, the top fourteen mainstream and non-mainstream pick-up builders totally sold 65,252 units, up 3.90 percent. The top six ones were Great Wall Auto (18,891 units), JMC (10,924 units), ZXAUTO (8,769 units), Zhengzhou Nissan (7,978 units), Beiqi Foton Motor (6,005 units), Huanghai Bus (3,879 units) and JAC (2,367 units)
For the pick up export in Jan.-Feb. 2013, JMC exported 591 units, up 90.03 percent over the same period in 2012. Foton exported total of 729 units. Great Wall totally exported 3,928 units, down 28.98 percent of year-on-year growth.
In 2013, Great Wall targets for exporting 14,000 vehicles, among them, the Great Wall pickups are expected to export 50,000 units. Since Feb., the new model of Foton TunLand Pickup sales volumes increased, which are expected to be over 10,000 units. Foton pickup will hold it’s the Second Pickup China Tour Activities in West China.
