Engine Makers Develops LNG Products
www.chinatrucks.com: Yuchai Power released 12 engines on their new products release conference in 2013, and 12 of which are natural gas products, and they are YC4DN-50, YC4GN-50, YC6JN-50, YC6GN-50, YC6LN-50, YC6MKN-50 and YC6KN-50, and all of them can meet national 5 emission standards, and the power range are from 120-440 hp.
Yuchai sold 12,000 natural gas engines in 2011, and the sales volumes surpassed 20,000 units last year.
Weichai launched China first large power high pressure HPDI pressure combustion natural gas engine on March 13, 2012.
Shanghai diesel engine released H series NG engines which can save 5-15% gas over like products in China. Apart from the mature D series natural gas engines, Shanghai Diesel Engine developed 10L and 12L E series products. And the power range are from 280-480 hp, which can meet requirements of large city bus, intercity bus and tourism buses.
