Yuchai Aims to Sell 270,000 Engines in the First Half of the Year
www.chintrucks.com : Yuchai, a leader in the engine industry, has realized 6.2% of increase in the first four months of the year. Lately, a meeting has been held with top management attending, discussing anout the company performance in the first four months of the year. The company is determined to sell 270,000 engines in the first half of the year, as they expects.
In the new year, Yuchai has witnessed sales increase in many areas as truck engine, bus engine and other fields.
The national authority has planned to adopt the China IV standards. Yuchai is also leading in the R&D of new products. The new standards will pose challenges as well as opportunity for Yuchai.
The president of Yuchai said the Chinese auto industry will see major changes in this year, which requires Yuchai to make changes accordingly. In the coming two or three years, Yuchai will invest more in R&D, so as to meet the challenges.
