XCMG Revenue Hits 820 Million Yuan
www.chinatrucks.com: In the first half year, despite of decrease of whole HD truck industry, XCMG remains to make remarkable profits both at home and abroad thanks to complete industrial chain, strong technical strength and stable products. In the first half year, XCMG revenue hits 820 million yuan, up by 89% year on year, 67% of whole year target.

HD off-road dumper
In the first half year, XCMG sees an uprising production and sales in a depressed industry and development is made in both HD and engineering trucks. In term of the market construction, XCMG adjusts its external marketing frame by dividing into 6 marketing regions and speeds up sales network construction and establishes spare parts centers in 6 sales regions. With respect to product strategy, XCMG conducts a differentiated product competition strategy by adjusting product structure, developing highly value added and right products, producing some pillar products with strong competitiveness. Its distinctive engineering vehicles, dumpers, off-road HD dumpers make itself double sales and firmly seize traditional markets like Henan, Hebei, Guizhou, Anhui, Innter Mongolia, etc. Particularly, the off-road dumper makes it ranks No.1 in that sector.
In the first half year, thanks to its elaborate operation, XCMG achieves good results in overseas market. First of all, by its elaborate overseas management, XCMG not only works closely with its Import & Export Company but also builds up its own overseas channel. Secondly, by its elaborate overseas service, XCMG increases investment in service and spare parts in key overseas markets and provides more elaborate value added services. Thirdly, by its elaborate overseas arrangement, XCMG enhances its traditional markets like Middle Asia, South America, and Africa, and makes breakthroughs in developing new markets such as Southeast Asia and Middle East. Last but not least, by its elaborate product R&D, XCMG improves the performance of complete vehicles by improving design and adaptability according to different market demands found in its SKD and CKD feasibility research conducted in Middle Asia and Middle East. In the first half year, XCMG’s export value reaches 86 million yuan, up by 22% year on year.
In the second half year, XCMG will make leap development in both scale and profits and upgrade to a new level in operation scale.
