Weichai Engine Business and Overseas Markets Get strong
www.chinaspv.com: The sales revenue for Weichai Power were 16.64 billion Yuan, up 26.5% over last year and the profit for the shareholder are 1.05 billion Yuan, up 29.7%, and the net profits were 1.04 billion Yuan, beyond market expectations.
Sales of Heavy trucks increased by 20.3% in Q1, and the sales revenues were 16.64 billion Yuan, up 26.5% over last year and the gross profits rate is 21.4% in Q1, up 0.3% and the management fees increased by 6.7%。
The overseas markets are becoming the driving force for their business.
KION Group and Linde business profit from cooperation with Weichai Power for their costs are reduced and profits are increasing. Linde hydraulics have been integrated with Weichai Power products and they will be sold as a complete in the future and they are trying to copy Weichai's golden power chain. Weichai will become the biggest shareholder for KION Group and KION will also enter medium forklift business to increase their market shares and profiting level.
