Yuchai Group Starts Strategic Cooperation with Bank of China in Guangxi
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently Yuchai Group held strategic cooperation meeting with Bank of China in Guangxi province. According to the agreement, Yuchai Power will cooperate with Bank of China on financing, investment banking, international clearing, personal finance, cash management, as well as pension businesses. And heads of Yuchai Power Yan Ping and president of Guangxi Branch of Bank of China joined the meeting.
They also signed supply chain financing strategic cooperation agreement and Yuchai new industry strategic cooperation agreement.
Bank of China is responsible for China foreign currency exchanges and management on international clearings and they can firmly support the development of China construction and industries. And its branch in Guangxi started to run since 1980 and they own over 200 branch banks after development for 30 years.
Yuchai has signed bank and company strategic cooperation agreement with Bank of China branch in 2011 and their cooperation are rather smooth and productive in the four years.
Mr. Yan said that Yuchai Power is representing China brands and they will improve competition in the future and their strategic cooperation with Bank of China will surely strengthen their international process.
