XCMG Qualified Services Spread over 7 Countries in South America

www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, XCMG Brazil grandly holds a ceremony to initiate the activity of “Crossing South America and Serving Seven Countries”. The activity is regarded as a new start exploring South America market while expressing gratitude to customers in these countries. It spreads over 7 countries in South America from Pouso Alegre, St. Paul and Victoria in Brazil to Bolivia, Argentina, etc. and provides one integrated service and solution to users, further setting up an international brand image and service concept of the Brazil made products.

The activity aims to support local dealers and provide thoughtful service to local users. At the same time, it also targets at increasing investment in maintenance centers and service network & management to create a high-level sales and service network capable of providing customers with convenient and timely products.

In 2017, XCMG Brazil will center on improving customers’ satisfaction by advancing various works like international and global network development, service training, management assessment, parts’ promptness, satisfaction and completion rates, therefore enhancing XCMG Brazil’s service capability at high level and facilitating the aftermarket.
