XCMG Indonesia Grand Opening
www.chinatrucks.com: On May 30, 2017, the opening ceremony of XCMG Indonesia Company is held in WESTIN JAKARTA Hotel in Jakarta, with the aim to further expand the manufacturer’s overseas footprint. The ribbon cutting is jointly done by Mr. Hu Xiaoxian, First Secretary of Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy to Indonesia, Mr. Hu Xianng Yang, Vice General Manager of XCMG Import & Export, and Mr. Li Jincai, Chairman of XCMG’s Indonesia agency GMT.
XCMG Indonesia will work together with local distributors and will provide local customers with an improved one-stop experience, said Hu Xiangyang, deputy general manager of XCMG Import & Export.

“The company will support benign development of distributors and promote sustainable development of XCMG in Indonesia, laying a solid foundation for XCMG to increase its influence upon the entire Asia Pacific regions,” sais XCMG.
Mr. Hu Xianng Yang, Vice General Manager of XCMG Import & Export, introduces XCMG’s 25 years of history in Indonesia. When explaining the strategic plan and market layout of XCMG Indonesia Company, Mr. Hu says the Company aims to provide customers with more perfect all-in-one experience together with local agency, to promote XCMG’s sustainable development in Indonesia partnering with sound support from local agency, hence laying a solid foundation for promoting XCMG’s brand in the whole Asia-Pacific area.

Indonesia, the biggest economy in Southeast Asia, a founding member of ASEAN and a member of G20, plays a key role in the politics and economic development in Southeast Asia. Indonesia is also an important market for XCMG’s internationalization. In the past two years, the export value increases dramatically with a rate over 100%. The volumes of XCMG’s export to Indonesia increased by over 100% in two years in a row. “By the end of 2016, XCMG has ranked the top in terms of market shares of loader, crane, rotary drill rig, tower crane and tunneling machine in Indonesia,” said the manufacturer.
Since the entry into the Indonesian market, XCMG machines were used in the construction of local highways and railways as well as power, airport and commercial facilities. These projects include the construction of the Indonesia-One high-rise building; 2×1050MW No. 7 independent power generation project in Java, the largest thermal power station in Indonesia; tunnel construction for Jatigede Dam Project; and Jakarta-Bandung Project.The establishment of XCMG Indonesia Company will serve more as a supporter in promoting XCMG brand in Indonesia.
