Yuchai Group Maintains Sustained Good Momentum in First Three Quarters

On October 31, 2017 Performance Analysis of First Three Quarters was held in Yuchai Group. Relevant information comprehensively releases that the guiding principle of “Value Efficiency, Ensure Safety and Safeguard Health” is implemented, the operation performance of the group maintains good momentum, the optimization of business structure yields prominent effect, and capability of control and risk resistance is effectively improved.

In the first three quarters, the sales revenue reached over RMB 26 billion, a year-on-year growth of 17.67%. Meanwhile, 15 subsidiaries under the group system have yielded remarkable year-on-year growth in sales revenue, and 8 subsidiaries have gained significant year-on-year increase in net margin. Among key subsidiaries, Guangxi Yuchai Logistics Group Co., Ltd. obtained a year-on-year growth of 38% in operation revenue, in which the increase rate of commercial vehicle approached 90%; the gross profit rate and net profit rate of logistics share saw prominent growth, and developed better operation capability compared with previous years; the sales volume of powered engine of Yuchai Group reached 74,900 units, contributing a sales revenue growth of over 21%; the sales revenue of Guangxi WatYuan Filtration System Co., Ltd. witnessed a year-on-year increase of over 13%, and 172 new products finished development laid a solid foundation for future development; various operational indicators of Guangxi Yuchai Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. was moving in the promising direction, with the operation revenue realizing a year-on-year substantial growth, diverse businesses achieving phased objectives in transformation, Demonstration Project on Intelligent Urban Waste Collection System implementing, and the current order of clean-energy engine automobile mounting to more than 2,000 units.
