Foton Gets Order for 167 ROWAR ES5 Medium-duty Trucks

To boost the sales of ES5 medium truck, Foton Forland held an event titled “Journey of Quality Discovery and ES5 Promotion” in Tianjin on November 9, 2018. According to Foton, the vehicle comes equipped with the most advanced technologies from Cummins and Foton and brought ever-evolving new logistics solutions for customers. At the scene, Foton Forland products drew extremely high praise from customers and won orders totalling to 167 units.

City logistics has been playing an important role as a pioneer and booster to support the development of regional economic cooperation and integration. While ROWAR ES5 was just developed with the aim of meeting inter-city logistics transport in areas such as express, cold-chain and less-than-truck-load transport. Its features including safety, reliablility and efficiency allow customers to operate the vehicle with comfortable driving and high performance.

Foton ROWAR ES5 gets a Foton Cummins ISF4.5L four-cylinder engine that produces 210hp and is compliant with the National V and VI standards. Weighing only 330kg, it's also a relatively light weight vehicle.
